Increase File Upload Size Limit for NWC.

The file upload action for Nintex Workflow Cloud is currently limited ot 25MB files. But we are seeing more and more need to increase this file size limit. A 250MB limit like what is on Nintex Workflow for O365 would be a great start.

There is currently no way to convert a string to upper or lower case in the NAC Workflow Designer. There is already a exisiting "Modify string" action which is currently missing this functionality.
