Exchange Online - Select Folders from Inbox for Start Event

When using Exchange Online as a start event, can we get the option to select Folders in an email address. We are wanting to use this with a current process, but there is a rule in the users Outlook that puts the specific emails we need in a folder when they are received. We are not able to use those emails as a start event since they cannot be seen.
