Add "to Upper" and "to Lower" case functions to the "Modify string" action in NAC Workflow Designer

Currently, the "Modify string" action in NAC Workflow Designer does not support converting strings to upper or lower case, which is a common need in many workflows. This limitation often forces users to implement custom scripts or external logic, increasing development time and complexity. By enabling case conversion within the existing action, we can streamline workflow design, reduce maintenance overhead, and improve data consistency across integrated systems.
