Currently only workflow owners can see the instance details for a running workflow. It would help if business owners also can see this trace. If workflow actions are described in a decent manner, business owners can see where and how the flow is running. They are typically the owners of the process and the persons to interact if a flow gets stuck. Workflow owners are only builders of the flow (you don't want to give a business owner the possibility to change the flow).
