Ability to edit or delete attached or linked documents on completed event/incident actions

Currently a document cannot be deleted once an event/incident action is completed. The only workaround is deleting the whole incident and create new one, which would affect all involved parties. Promasters should be able to remove or edit them.

Thank you very much for posting your feedback. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

Thanks for the suggestion. This isn't a priority right now but we'll monitor interest for this improvement.

It´s unfortunate that this request has not yet been implemented. The likelihood of a mistake in this sense is very high. Specially when you have multiple people being responsible for independent tasks at the “recommended plan” tab.
If one makes the mistake and there is no way to edit it, but to completely remove the incident and then create it from scratch, the people who actually did the job right, would have to log in and submit their support again. And also, the tool won´t let you create an incident with a date in the past, so for auditing purposes this would present unrealistic dates.
I understand the answer is “you can´t” but I would strongly encourage the development team to consider the major impact this has on a user level.
