Ability to Delete/Archive documents linked to an Archived Process

Users expect that when they Archive a process it also archives the attached screen shots and documents. This does not happen and then the documents are stuck in the document library and cannot be archived or deleted as they are still linked to the Archived process

    It is so bizarre that we cannot archive a document that is linked to an archived process...

    No one can access the archive process (since it is in the archive), and yet we cannot archive the document.

    The workaround is extremely cumbersome:
    1. Restore the archive process

    2. remove the document link to the process

    3. Republish and archive the process

    4. Archive the document

    Not to mention it distorts the change log as you are making a change to the process after it has been archived, and it no longer reflects what was accurate at the time of the original archive.
