Deleted Incidents Report (Improvements Module)

I have identified a gap in the Nintex Process Manager Improvements Module where a report for deleted incidents is not available. Implementing this functionality would enhance transparency by ensuring a clear record of all reported incidents, including those that have been removed. This would support accountability, auditing, and data integrity, aligning with best practices for incident management. I recommend adding a report or log that captures details of deleted incidents, including who deleted them and when, to improve oversight and compliance.
