    Archives a document, and then archive the associated process,

    When we archive a document, and then tries to archive the associated process, the system indicates that the document is still linked, preventing the process from being archived.

    Ability to apply changes to a form with unconfigured values

    It would be useful to be able to save/apply changes to a form that is not fully configured, similarly to how we can save a workflow with unconfigured actions. Having to export and re-import the form is less than optimal.

    We are trying to delete roles- syaing its in 3 processes, exported the processes to excel to find out what ones, have then deleted from those processe and it still won't delete the role?^More on this: exports are unreliable. Roles may be associated to a process in the export, however the role does not appear within the process itself.

    SQL Connection in Nintex App to be able to pull store procedure

    Store procedure is a very important component when client decided to store their data in SQL Server. Store procedure could easily build the data schema that need to display in Nintex Apps.

    Additional Columns on Botflow page

    Is there an option to add more columns on the botflow page to have start time and assigned bot? It slows you down when you have to click on each name of the botflow and scroll down to get this information. Submitted by jamieclark@synovus.com

    Process and Document Review dates configuration more flexible

    Review dates should calculate from the date the review is DONE not the day it is due. review dates should be more flexible - if review is done in the middle of the review period why can't we mark it as reviewed and reset the schedule?

    Case sensitive glossary

    It would be good to have a Glossary that is case sensitive. Currently IT (Information Technology) is being tagged every time we use the word 'it'.

    Search function needs ability to filter out archived processes

    Currently the search function provides both current and archived process titles, and you can't tell which processes are archived until you click into them. It would be great to have a bullet button on the right to be able to exclude/include archiv...
