Enable ability to store documents to a Box folder by folder ID, not just path

To store a document to a Box folder, one must supply the path within the Store a File action. For static folders, this is fine. However, I want users to be able to supply the folder in which to store the document. Unfortunately, Box does not give up this information willingly. Folder references look like https://{domain}.app.box.com/folder/{folder ID}. This (or a portion) when put into the Store a File action, fails with Access Denied.
There's not a user-friendly way to get the path, either. There appears to be no way to copy the path from within the Box web page. If users have Box Drive, they can copy the path in Windows Explorer and then it can be manipulated to yield the actual path. This is my current approach but it's clunky and not everyone is using Drive.

Being able to just put in the folder ID would make this process a lot simpler.
