Archived documents are not moved out of the original folder and this prevents "blank" folder from being deleted

Users expect that when they archive a document that it moves it out of the original folder into an archived folder (like the Processes) This does not happen and the archived documents are left in the original folder which then cannot be deleted although it looks blank to the end user. Promasters have to manually delete the archived documents so that the blank folder can be deleted
