It would be nice to have the ability to dynamically populate or show fields or pages based on how certain fields are completed earlier in the start form. It would also be nice if we could place a new "form" within a workflow to gather additional information based on certain criteria instead of having to capture all of that on the start form.
We also utilize Salesforce where you they have the "Screen Flow" ability, where you can create workflows that can end up calling additional screens depending on initial selections in the first "Form" or screen flow.
Thank you very much for posting your feedback for our review. Due to very low votes, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog. We are also focused on other highly requested features such as Form Participant permissions, Repeating sections re-usability, etc. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
Agree, but when you have a limited number of workflows this becomes an issue. If we could create something similar to Salesforce's Screen Flows (nCino is what we use), it would be extremely beneficial. Appreciate the suggestion for sure and I will take another look.
A component workflow can help in starting a new Form within the workflow.
