List with Details Form

We would like the ability to display a list of records on a form. The list would contain several columns of data. When the user clicks on an item in the list, another panel would display editable fields for the selected record while continuing to display the list.

When the user clicks a save button on the details panel, a call could be made to a workflow to save the data, but the list with details form would still remain visible to the user.

    hi @Guest ,

Are you using Nintex form as the start event? We’ve just upgraded the Repeating section usability in Task forms when using Nintex Form as the start event. Task form's repeating section can now be auto populated with data from the previous form submission and assignees of the task form now can modify this start form data or add new data in the task forms. This capability also allows to populate Start Forms repeating section too from a source like Datalookup or Tables.

    What’s New?

    • Dynamic default number of rows– To determine the number of rows based the Repeating section in the start form, other task forms in the workflow, data lookup or Nintex reference table data

    • Ability to add and remove rows as well as update data before approval of task.
