For projects and mega processes it would be great to be able to export a full list of the checklist(s) to quickly review comments or documents attached.

Improve UX when submitting processes for approval

When submitting for approval you click the button in the top right, but at the next step - entering description - the bottom right button saves, but doesn't submit. That button is now on the left. Might smooth the UX if these were switched.

Ability to search by reference number when using the search function in "Processes I'm in" and "Processes I own"

Warning that a process has "require acknowledgement" turned on when publishing changes

I've been caught out a few times when I've published a process/procedure after making basic changes (spelling etc.) and have forgotten to check if "require acknowledgement" is turned on for that process, and people get sent the acknowledgement ema...

NWC - Restrict form visibility by group in nintex app

As we can't seem to group forms in the mobile app on NWC, can we restrict visibility of forms with permissions or groups.

send email when task wakes up
