NWC - Restrict form visibility by group in nintex app

As we can't seem to group forms in the mobile app on NWC, can we restrict visibility of forms with permissions or groups.

    Hi Chintan

    Thanks for letting me know. I've reached out to my colleagues to get any feedback while you're working on the feature.

    * Ability to also restrict based on security groups via AD rather than just 365 groups
    * Restrict based on AD profile info ďż˝ office location, role etc

    * Categorise forms for easy filtering ďż˝ e.g. show me all forms related to Safety

    * Be good to be able to have the category filters on the menu, rather than scrolling down through the list.

    * offline image availability would be good, but not a showstopper.

    * It would also be good to know where App Studio sits with the upcoming change, as it is in use at the moment and if it�s being superseded by this what will the timeframes be.

    Hi Jo, thank you for sharing this idea. This feature has been prioritised and is currently being worked on. The core functionality that we plan to introduce is for designers to be able to define participant permissions for NAC (formerly NWC) Start forms. The permissions can be individual users or groups defined in User Management. This will allow designers to restrict visibility in Mobile App as well. I anticiapte this to go live by July 2023. I would love to hear any feedback that you may have. Thanks
