Allow storage on NWC for logo images for use in Forms.

It would be good to be able to upload an image from my local machine for use in Forms direct to NWC rather than use image sharing or my public website (which is often a svg and not supported image).

Timeframe - make it more convenient to read/write from Edit mode.
