Remove the prefix of "LazyApproval by" when approvers use lazy approval

Remove the prefix of "LazyApproval by" when approvers use lazy approval in the "Approver Comments" common workflow context variable.

Management had feedback that this has been taken as a derogatory comment - that their approval is done sloppily or lazily.

Actually there are no pluses in naming this method of approval Lazy, does not make it sound any more professional.

Suggest to remove this term or re-name it to just Email Approval
