Allow storage on NWC for logo images for use in Forms.

It would be good to be able to upload an image from my local machine for use in Forms direct to NWC rather than use image sharing or my public website (which is often a svg and not supported image).

At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on providing other features such as additional controls, data source variables, etc. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
