Show Inputs/Outputs of Linked Processes on the Process Map

When reviewing a Process Map, it would be useful to see the Inputs/Outputs of a Linked Process without having to navigate to the process itself, as I don't necessarily want to see the whole process, but just want to understand what the process req...

Ability to alter the brand and colours

Having the ability to alter the colours of Promapp would be a useful feature for organisations to customise it to their own branding. You can currently do this for the emails, which is great. However being able to do it for the general site would ...

Reporting to include Glossary usage data

Please consider better reporting for the Glossary. We have created a PowerBi dashboard in which we track usage data. It would be great if we could also see usage data for the Glossary, including what terms are being looked at, when and by who.

Whiteboard in Process Manager

When customers are first developing new processes, or are working on converting an external process into Process Manager (either from another tool or paper based), they go and whiteboard out the proposed process flow. We should be able to provide ...

Allow Configuration Settings to be different for individual Process Groups

In Process Management, it would be useful to be able to apply different configuration settings to specific process groups. This way, different departments within the organisation can have greater or fewer restrictions as required depending on how ...
