Allow Configuration Settings to be different for individual Process Groups

In Process Management, it would be useful to be able to apply different configuration settings to specific process groups. This way, different departments within the organisation can have greater or fewer restrictions as required depending on how the process maps are to be used. The example for my organisation would be that certain process groups need to be shared with outside sources and will need a different set up to those being used internally.
