Add a "check if file is locked by user" action for SharePoint online connector!

If the Training Unit Owner has left the business, is there a way I can transfer all training units to another person? Just like how we do for process and risk transfers.

Comments in dashboard

It would be better to see process change comments with the name of a person who acctually left the comment, rather than the one who published the process.

Allow actions to be raised at the same time as the investigation is being undertaken

When undertaking an investigation the investigation needs to be fully completed before actions can be created. It would be beneficial if actions could be generated simultaneously during the investigation process to speed up the process.
