Add a "check if file is locked by user" action for SharePoint online connector!

Please create a new action that checks if document is locked by user so we can update metadata as necessary for document management processes that our customers are asking for!

As it sits, there is no option to wait for file to be unlocked for us to update meta data, the workflow will just fail, this is a critical action that is needed for us to support our customers! We CANNOT control if a user opens a file after it's been added to a library
