remove role assignment from inactive users

Where a staff member has left the company their user profile is made inactive.. We still see inactive users in the role allocation in map view. Suggest an option to remove users from role assignment at the point where the user is made inactive.

Use the Xero connector to interface with POs and Contacts

Currently the Xero connector is only able to interface with Invoices/Bills I'd like to be able to use it to also interact with POs and Contacts so that I don't need to manually configure the http requests.

Task Form File Available as File Variable

Currently files that are uploaded into a Task Form within NWC cannot be added to a File variable within the workflow designer as they're held as 'Collections' vs. 'Files'. Would be great if files from Task Forms acted as files throughout the rest ...

Remove declined processes from the publish list...

pushing forward with @AnthonyKumnick's request as it's been 3 years and whilst there was a response from Nintex that there was no intention of doing this, but to still put forward feedback, you can no longer vote on the issue but this is important...
