Workflow and Forms Encrypt/Decrypt service

It would be super useful to have a service/function that would allow the encryption of the form parameters and then a form plugin that could decrypt the parameters, for example, using JWT.

This would provide anonymous forms and a level of security by obstruction. In scenarios, when you want to send a form to a customer/vendor with their ID in the parameter, so when they fill it in, you know who sent it. By hiding this and also being able to time bomb the token, you add a layer of security to anonymous forms as the url would also be invalid once the token expires.
