Reassign multiple @todos or setting to allow configuration.

Currently, we have to go through each @todo and reassign them when a Process Owner or Process Expert changes. It would be beneficial to modify in bulk or have these update when ownership changes. Often, we (Promaster) may review from a quality aspect and if any @todo items are modified, we also become the owner of them, meaning the @todo. I found this request in the "how to" area and it indicates SOLVED although cannot locate any information on this item.
