Search Processes by RACI

We had a team member searching for a process, she wasn't able to find the process but knew who was a part of the RACI and tried to search their name. It might be worth adding in the RACI as a search result.

Ability to add linked process from activity following a decision diamond

I need to be able to link to a process from an activity immediately following a decision diamond. Process Manager allows me to do this but displays the linked process in the incorrect place on the map, which is very confusing for the user.

Permit Promasters to create more document types in Configure Documents

We have a need to create a number of different document types. Promapp only allows us to edit 5 of the entries, but there are actually 8 in total. Can we be permitted to add as many document/link types as we deem required?

Requests from people in the business to be able to provide a report of current Training Onboarding Templates

Several people in our business have asked me to run a report to show the Onboarding Templates as currently there is a drop down which shows all roles in the business, but they all do not have onboarding templates created for their roles.

Assign activities to externals

If we have external third parties who complete activities in a process, it would be good to be able to assign them to a checklist without giving them full access to Promapp. So could be assigned by email address.
