Create list items in SharePoint with form attachments

The ability to attach attachments to list items using the Create List Item in SharePoint action. Currently users can fill out the form and attach documents but there is no way to easily get them into SharePoint.

Map mode - expand text size within activity window

Option to expand text size in line with expanding activity window when in map mode. When presenting on a big screen this feature would be handy Refer attached for an example

Ability to add Auto-place (anchor tagging) to documents for Docusign

Sort out page and formatting breaks when printing procedures, currently images are separated from the tasks

Enable open source FontIcons in K2 Cloud

One of the key features we had with our custom themes on-prem is allowing users to use FontIcons. Allowing FontIcons as a feature in K2 Cloud will be very useful in creating better looking forms.

Orphaned Tasks

Task management. It would be very beneficial if you could identify tasks that have been orphaned and bulk removed, rather than one at a time selecting an outcome only to get an error as the workflow instance no longer exsits.

Accessing comments easily

Can the comment be more visible when reviewing the checklist? Or could the comment icon be interactive - so you click on it to read the comment? I have had a couple of people click on that expecting it to show the comment.

Restricting edits rights for Business Analysts

People should only be able to edit processes if they belong to that group. Business Analysts current can see and edit everything but its would be good to be able to restrict this so that only group members can edit
