Feedback tool to provide open history to new owner/expert

When a current owner/expert leaves and a new owner/expert is allocated, the historical open feedback does not carry through to new owner on the dashboard. Please can this information be made transferable.

Set Workflow Status

An action that provides the ability to set a workflow status to a custom value and display that status on the instances dashboard.

Rename workflow without publishing a new version

We can rename workflows by publishing a new version. It would be great if we could rename workflows without having to re-publish the workflow. Perhaps, include a Rename option in the ellipses menu on the NAC dashboard.

Send a report to customer to notify of bounced emails Otherwise, we may not realise for some time that a person is not receiving their emails, which is particularly important in the case of task actions.

Add the Option to Create a Note Associated with a LSS Tag

I would like to be able to add a corresponding note with a LSS tag (#Automation, #Waste) in order to describe/ explain why I am adding this tag. For the purposes of #Automation, I would be able to specify how I would approach automation.

Support Salesforce Display Hierarchy Structure and Hierarchy field

Salesforce Account object uses ParentId to create a Hierarchy display interface in Salesforce. - Currently, an additional lookup field is required to link all sub Accounts to the Main account for a DocGen hierarchy relationship to work as desired.

Allow form submitter to withdraw the form (withdraw an application)

Please develop this feature to allow an user to withdraw their form. This will make everyone jobs much easier in case if a form was stuck due to incorrect submission, or approver on leave etc. User can quickly withdraw the form and resbumit again....

Ability to link to a conditional process that has variations

We often need to link to conditional processes but they often have variations. This would work if we could then make those conditional processes parrallel, but we can't. Or, it would work if we could link to the process and then the user can choos...
