Documents can be added as generic items so users don't have to select a type first (and possibly choose the wrong type)

Currently when adding a document the user must first select a type. If they don't know the type then they may have to search several times before finding the document they need. A shortcut to add a document to a process would also be beneficial e....

Streamline @todo's

Currently to type it up and assign to someone else, it's a 3-step process. this frustrates our editors and owners/experts. Prefer it to be single step similar to how this is done within Google docs

Restore historical versions of Standard/Variations

It would be helpful if we could be able to restore historical versions of Standard maps as well as the variations from the change log. At the moment we can only revert back to previous releases on stand alone maps.
