Tagging or filtering processes with routine triggers

Tag processes with weekly/quarterly/monthly/annual triggers that could be filtered later. For example, a client has said they complete a number of month-end activities and asked whether I could filter the 'processes I'm in' list for those monthly ...

Have a sitemap of processes

Looking at it from the perspective of a new start Promapp is quite hard to navigate. Unless you know what you are searching for, the only other option to access processes is through the menu tree. As a new start it will be difficult to know under ...

Processes I'm In Search field more visible

If the search field was more obvious then users would be able to find it. Then magnifying glass symbol is okay but the rest of the field could stay open instead of expanding.

Add check box or default to the search 'Filter by Group' list.

The current search feature has the 'Filter by Group' as a scroll and select option. Once the 'Filter by Group' option is selected and the search is completed the option selected is no longer available. If a second search is required 'Filter by Gro...

Please make the 'Procedure' and 'Map' text and tabs larger.

The current 'procedure' and 'map' tabs are too small. Users may not be aware of this feature unless they are an existing Promapp user. It would be great to include a how to use Promapp (how to navigate, click between each view, provide feedback) u...

Add Status column/version number to "Processes I own" page

It would be great to have the version number and/or the status (published etc) shown on the 'Processes I own' page, this would save having to run a report to see which processes still need work to publish. Running a report is a lot more clicks.

Restrict "group management" to Promasters - Functional Model

Restrict "group management" to Promasters. I have had instances of users creating groups and it is making our folder structure wonkyWe have it set so the "users" are the ones still in training, and only have access to the training folder. Once the...

Improve navigation

Could you make your navigation in Promapp more like the standard MS Windows-style folder navigation? This would make it more second-nature to find things. Particular problems: 1) The UI uses three "home" buttons (see attachment). 2) It's unclear...
