Role Description

Add a description when adding Roles. Today it is very difficult to identify if the Role is specific to any department or function. We have to check every association before editing, deleting or merging.

Have K2 subscribe to SharePoint "deletion event receivers" to auto-clean the K2 DB.

User Management – Group owner cannot manage group members

Include File URL in Item Data for Site Workflow

If you query a library from a site workflow, then use a retrieve item action within a loop, there is no way to get the URL of the files returned. Instead, you have to use a web service call, then query the JSON.

Ability to expand size of task element in a Process Model

It would be great if we have the ability to expand / reduce the size of a task when using the "Create Task" element on the canvas. Oftentimes the text entered within the box exceeds the standard size so it makes it difficult to read.
