Add analytics to forms.

There is no way to see which forms are opened by who, which device etc.We need analytics added to forms, and existing workflow reports expanded.As a minimum who, when opened a form.

Add default signature under every mail send (Send an Email/Assign a Task)

It would be very helpful to have a default signature for emails that are send from the workflow based on the "Send an Email" or "Assign a task" action. A default footer and perhaps a logo of the company to make this more acceptable for the end use...

Delegation of Process Responsibilities

There is no way to delegate your approvals when going on annual leave. There is the capability to bulk transfer Process Experts or Process Ownership but updating Additional Approver and Publishers has to be updated by each individual Process

Having a search window to assign role and responsibility to a user from user management screen

There is no search window when you try to assign a role or a responsibility to the user from the user management screen. (i.e. if you want assign 'Service manager' you have scroll to 'S' and look for the role to assign)
