More date formats

Hey guys, could we have a few more options in the Format date action? e.g. ddd mmm yyyy. i.e. combinations that have full names of days and months both in dd mm order and mm dd order. Cheers

Change an Activity to a Process (at the cick of a button)

I would like to be able to change an activity in a process into a separate process? So if I already have the activity listed and realise this should actually be a separate process, an option to create a process out of this activity would be awesome.

Update process title on left pane without needing to publish

Currently if a change to the title of an already published process is made this change is not reflected on the left hand pane until the process is republished. It would be great if after the edit on the summary page was made it was then reflected...

Improve User data for filtering / reports

Suggest adding user start date and phone contact to data points collected, and maybe even some open fields which could be used for the specific business needs to further categorise / filter users. Then ensure that this is reportable.

Trigger email sent to owner/experts of dependancies/inputs/outputs when a change to the process occurs

When a change is made to a process a trigger email should be sent to any Dependancies/Inputs/Outputs process process owners/experts to see if the change effects their process - this would allow end to end thinking and visibility of changes

Redesign "show more" bar

Limiting the number of lines displayed with the show more bar is very cumbersome. If the system is slow already this is painful. If youve opened up all the pages using the "show more" and then reorder the page it closes back up again which is pain...

Add version number in the "to approve" and "to publish" list
