Redesign "show more" bar

Limiting the number of lines displayed with the show more bar is very cumbersome. If the system is slow already this is painful. If youve opened up all the pages using the "show more" and then reorder the page it closes back up again which is painful.

At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on improving our search and process variation capabilities and delivering sequential approvals. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.

    Thanks for the suggestion. For pages with many records performance can be a factor as you say.

    I'll discuss with the team what improvements we can make around performance, and sorting after showing more.

    As a promaster, there are currently hundreds of approval requests in the My Changes and Approvals section. The 'Show More' button only displays about 20 additional items at a time which is quite time consuming to show all items. It would be helpful if there was a 'Show All' option with continuous scrolling.
