Issue saving incident due to date validation

There is an issue when trying to save new incidents due to the "default date" validation.

Only show unique values in Data Lookup field

Please add the option to filter for only unique values in the Data Lookup field in form designer. There is this option in the O365 list lookup, and it very useful.
