Render html on IOS browsers

We have users accessing task forms from IOS device browsers. HTML is not rendering there as it does on desktop browsers.

    Hi Chintan

    I've only been able to test on IOS devices, so not sure if it's the same issue on Android.

    We tried both chrome and safari with the same outcome - HTML not rendering

    I assume it's all versions. My iPhone is old (15.7.5). However, the iPads they're using in the field would have up to date versions. The issue occurs on both my old version and the up to date versions.

    Task form attached - page three has the rich text fields that are causing the issue.

    Thanks Jo for raising the Idea. To investigate this further, are you able to help me with below questions:

    • Is this same on all mobile browser? chrome? safari?

    • What is the problematic browser? version?

    • Copy of task form design.
