Access to Task URL (currently only found in task email)

Just so I can get a better understanding of what you're trying to achieve:

Where would you be looking to send/distribute the Task URL to (e.g. SharePoint/are you using another Task list/something else)?
Also, given the workflow will pause until the Task Form is successfully submitted, how would you look to pass the Task URL to an external service?

--> tableau status dashboard with user level permissions, users would then be able to access form without digging through emails
Also, given the workflow will pause until the Task Form is successfully submitted, how would you look to pass the Task URL to an external service?
-->parallel path, pause for duration, hawkeye beacon

Hi Adam,

This isn't a solution (yet), but for some context:

Nintex Workflow Cloud has an API platform, which each user can gain access to by generating a Personal access token (Setting page):
https://developer.nintex.com/reference#tasks-1

If we expanded this to also provide the list of Tasks with their corresponding Task Form URL, would this better satisfy your scenario? Tableau would be able to query the endpoint at the frequency of your choice.

The added benefit to this proposed solution is the parallel path with a pause wouldn't be required.

Are there any other scenarios you're trying to achieve where the API Platform wouldn't suffice?

We are also very interested in this feature. Our use cases:
-We would like to post the form URL on slack, so that we don't have to send them a slack message basically saying that they should check their email.
-We are trying to build a dashboard of outstanding tasks with links for folks to either click through to complete the form themselves or assign the task to someone else.

We have released a feature where users can login to NWC to access the active tasks that are currently assigned to them.

This should work similar to the dashboard you are proposing to build for your users.

For form tasks, please add a link to the form in the Task list inside Nintex Workflow Cloud.
