When an instance fails or pauses it is currently set to only email the admin or developers. This means when someone submits a form they'll never know that it actually failed and we'd have to always keep an eye on the email and restart it.
If we could customize an alert message per workflow that if it fails to email the submitter/current user or make it a variable to add in an email address for a Distro List it will be easier for them to keep track if something went wrong.
