Please make a feature that auto-syncs somehow (either on demand or daily) with company AD Directory, when setup, that automatically adds employees that as a participant when they join our company.
We understand if a task is sent to them via a workflow, they are automatically added but we cannot add users as Business Owners unless they have been added to NAC first since it's not pulling azure active directory but the user management list of users.
Alot of our designers are asking us to add people manually so they can assign them as a Business Owner. We then have to explain we did this back in 2020, so anyone joining after that who has never received a Task won't be in drop down for business owners permissions. They have to wait on us or send a task to that individual to action to get it to automatically add them to the system.
