Expose keywords and labels in API

It would be extremely helpful if you would expose the keywords and labels associated to an object and also add keywords and labels to the filter parameters.

Create user notification alerts for when Sugegsted Processes are submitted.

Currently, there are no alerts for Promasters, experts or owners for when suggested processes are submitted.

Option to roll-up feedback on a process into a single email rather than at each activity point

If I provide feedback on multiple activities, the owner and expert get multiple emails (we had an instance of 20 emails recently). I'd like to be able to select whether to submit as I go, or complete my feedback and then submit a summary.

Ability to 'pin' a field position

it would be cosmetically better if a field could be pinned to a position and not shift left if the field to the left has been hidden by a display rule. Using a spacer doesn't always work A simple toggle in the config, to float or fix, or even left...

Ability to enable review on individual records vs. all processes or documents

There are often cases where not all documents that are added to the system need to be regularly reviewed. It would be great if there was an option to enable review on individual records (documents) instead of all or nothing.

Required Comment When Changing Process Review Date

Promasters need to be able to control when an owner/expert overrides a default review date and why. Ideally this would be a setting where only BAs or Promasters are able to change from the default date, and if it is changed there a required change...

Reporting to include Glossary usage data

Please consider better reporting for the Glossary. We have created a PowerBi dashboard in which we track usage data. It would be great if we could also see usage data for the Glossary, including what terms are being looked at, when and by who.
