Redesign "show more" bar

Limiting the number of lines displayed with the show more bar is very cumbersome. If the system is slow already this is painful. If youve opened up all the pages using the "show more" and then reorder the page it closes back up again which is pain...

Allow Promasters to add to the allowed file type list.

Currently this is blocked with no apparent reason why. You must contact support to allow uploading other file types. This could be a Promaster configuration setting.
