Nintex Workflow (formerly Nintex Automation Cloud)

We should have a control to determine the length of a string (in workflows)

When trying to extract a substring from a string in the workflow, it's difficult to find the length of any given string. Currently you either need to split the string into individual letters in a collection and count the items, or append a 'trigge...

Conditional or Variable Min/Max Rules

Currently, in order to adjust the Min/Max values of a field, you must do so with Form Rules. It'd be great to be able to adjust these variably, feeding the value from an external source, rather than having to create a rule each time we need to adj...

Add CSV file type to document Generation

As nintex can connect to multiple data sources it would be usefull to allow it to generate csv files in the document generation action. This would allow the system to be used to generate files and have them emailed for use by imports/integrations.

Add ability to have a start event that allows you look for modifications on a specific SharePoint field

MS PowerAutomate allows you to look for modifications to a specific SharePoint field in a modified list item. Nintex does not offer that capability.

Data Lookup with MySQL

Currently within the forms there is the Data Look Up function, it is a function created in 2020 to facilitate the use of data from a table directly in a single form, however this function is not compatible with MySql, it would be good if they coul...

Simplify date comparisons in Nintex vs. SharePoint

I have a Scheduled start workflow that runs daily to search a SharePoint list, looking for a date six weeks (42 days) in the future, then returning any "hits" it finds among the list items. At least that's what it is supposed to do. The problem is...
