Alias ALL STAFF Role Name

Promasters should be able to provide an Alias for the ALL STAFF role to something like 'All Team Members' or 'All Company' or 'Everyone'.

Allow the Process map to be in portrait mode when export to PDF

When printing the procedure to PDF, Can we have an option for the process map to be either portrait or landscape. If portrait orientation was selected, the process map would scale to fit the page, making it more user/reader friendly.

Block the download of video

With proprietary videos specific to a business - the download of videos opens the possibility for the videos to 'get out' of the business. Being able to block the download function makes it a bit more difficult to do this.

Allow Business Analyst access to add additional approvers

Currently the Additional Approvers is locked to Promaster, we would ideally like the Business Analysts to be able to add Additional Approvers where required as this is a big piece for our organisiation.
