Add a column for 'Response Required' indicator to Feedback reports

This is an important input from the user leaving the feedback but as it is not in the report data these cannot be identified and prioritised

Remove declined processes from the publish list...

pushing forward with @AnthonyKumnick's request as it's been 3 years and whilst there was a response from Nintex that there was no intention of doing this, but to still put forward feedback, you can no longer vote on the issue but this is important...

Parallel decision making points

Add the Option to Create a Note Associated with a LSS Tag

I would like to be able to add a corresponding note with a LSS tag (#Automation, #Waste) in order to describe/ explain why I am adding this tag. For the purposes of #Automation, I would be able to specify how I would approach automation.

Images

The ability to copy and paste/click and drag images into tasks or procedures

Show a full size image in the process procedure to prevent extra clicks

At the moment, users must click on each image in the procedure to see what it says. It would be extremely helpful if the images were already full size in the procedure, to prevent extra clicks. Maybe a user could toggle it on or off.

Embed document view in Promapp

Display documents in embedded window within Promapp instead of opening as separate documents. This would allow users to stay in the process and scroll up and down in the document within the activity/task, without losing their place.

Alias ALL STAFF Role Name

Promasters should be able to provide an Alias for the ALL STAFF role to something like 'All Team Members' or 'All Company' or 'Everyone'.

Increase the amount of variations allowed

Promapp's 20-variation limit per process is restrictive for our organization with multiple subsidiaries. We need an increase to better capture our diverse processes and align with our organizational structure.

Promapp having an inbuilt Snagit tool

It would be great if Promapp had an inbuilt Sangit tool. Snagit is great for caputring and editing images to use in procedures. Haivng one inbuilt into Promapp would save us having to purchase additional software to write procedures.
