Ability to edit or delete attached or linked documents on completed event/incident actions

Currently a document cannot be deleted once an event/incident action is completed. The only workaround is deleting the whole incident and create new one, which would affect all involved parties. Promasters should be able to remove or edit them.

Ability to export any report to include all groups and allow filters to be applied

It would be if we could export the processes not viewed by user for all the groups combined. Currently you have to do it for each group manually and combine it after which is really annoying when yoyou'reur doing organisational stats/end of month ...

SFTP trigger

Bulk Transfer of Documents to another staff member

There is a Transfer process option on the user but no Transfer Document option. This makes it very time consuming if a staff person changes Job role as it has to be done one by one via the document library looking up by individual name.

Envelope Entitlement/Remaining count.

The only way to calculate the remaining envelopes is currently to know the original purchased amount and then to report on the total used in order to subtract it. Having a quickly displayed total would allow us to easily monitor usage at a glance....

View data in Panels without being in Edit Mode

Being able to view the data in a form, using panels, without being in edit mode prevents inadvertent loss of data or changes to data.
