Include “Objective” and “Background” to reporting API

Due to internal certification and projects we would like to see either the reporting or the API capability to display the objective and background for each of the processes.

Mobile display to include Objective and Background detail

Include a section for the Objective (and Background) section to present and hide on the mobile screen. Like an open and close section/slide

Separation of Untrained and Expired training totals

Currently, users who's training is 'Expired/Overdue' also appear in the 'Untrained' column. This can become confusing for reporting purposes and feel it would be more beneficial for them to be separated.
