Create a report filtered by Role

Currently there is no way to provide a report for a new employee that shows what process titles they need to read that have some activities etc assigned to their role in the swimlanes. There is one report by process involvement, but this only exports as a CSV file. Another report can be extracted by activity and filtered by role, but this shows a repeated process title. What I want to do is to be able to create a report for a Role, which includes hyperlinks to the process title. For example, if we have a new employee with the role of Site Manager, I want to be able to filter the total list of processes by that role, and just show the hyperlinks to all process titles that have involvement by the Site Manager.
