Link a minimode to a specific activity

A recent requirement was to link a 3rd party GRC tool not just to a Proman process, but rather to a specific acitvity within a process.

Block the download of video

With proprietary videos specific to a business - the download of videos opens the possibility for the videos to 'get out' of the business. Being able to block the download function makes it a bit more difficult to do this.

Show assigned @todo task under each user profile for visibility when disabling users. Also need to allow transfer of these in the same way we can transfer risk and process responsibilities. Currently there is no way to identify associated @todo's ...

Improved filtering of Process List Report

We are aware that the reports can be exported but it would be valuable to the end user to be able to filter /sort the fields e.g. by 'Modified Date' or 'Status' within the browser instead of exporting the data.

reopen actions in the improvements module

Actions can be closed by the person assigned to the action but the IO owner may disagree that the action has been completed and therefore needs an option to reopen an action.
