    Create a report of suggested processes history, including processes created from suggested processes

    Have traceability of how many processes were created from a suggested process, who suggested processes once it has been created, and so on.

    Would be good if we could export attachments that have been placed in a register - we can export data but not attachments

    We are currently relocating from a register held in Nintex to a different program and for record keeping purposes would need to export the attachments also.

    Ability to change ordering of Systems under Map view

    Systems are currently ordered alphabetically when selecting the 'Systems' option within the map view of a process. Is it possible to add a feature where a user could choose to order them by 'Step(s)' instead?

    Support for Microsoft Entra shared device mode in K2 Workspace for iOS

    We have many iPads used in a shared device setting, configured with a generic AD account. It would be advantageous to provide AD accounts for all the users, using SSO within iOS, and have the K2 Workspace app recognise these automatically.

    Reference field in User Profile

    One of our analysts has requested a user reference field in the user profile. This would allow us to cross reference with another system using employee number.You could even have phone number and a way to download a nice contacts list.
