    deleted users personal data

    Hello, please consider deleted personal data (name and surname) of deleted users in Promapp. It does not comply with personal data protection requirements to collect data of people who no longer work in the organisation.

    Nintex Automation Cloud connector cannot list instances by instance name

    The current Nintex Automation Cloud connector cannot list instances by instance name. The API does support this. Please add the action to get workflow instances by workflow name, workflow instance name, status, start date and end date.

    Disabling actions

    In Some cases, when you need to test a WF or when you are in a debugging process, you wouldn;t like things like emails to go to your users, you may then want to disable some actions for test purposes. It would be cool to have "Disable" on actions....

    Promasters given ability to override/correct training completed dates

    If one of the staff enter the wrong date, or accidentally leave the completed date as defaulting to today's date you can't change it without contacting promapp support. Promasters should be able to do this.
