Disabling actions

In Some cases, when you need to test a WF or when you are in a debugging process, you wouldn;t like things like emails to go to your users, you may then want to disable some actions for test purposes.
It would be cool to have "Disable" on actions. (just like on NW!)

    This has now been completed and released on 27 July 2017 as part of Release 27.
